 ~ General Wedding Information ~

Guarantee and Final Payment
We ask you to confirm the total number of guests by 1:00 p.m. seven (7) working days prior to your function.  Payment is due by 1:00 p.m. 72 hours prior to event.  This number is guaranteed, and cannot be lowered.  Your final payment is based upon this guaranteed number, or actual attendance.  Guaranteed number cannot fall under 75% of original guest estimated on contract.  Final payments must be made by a cashiers check, cash, or credit card.

Credit Card Payments
Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Menu Tasting
If required for wedding receptions, a complimentary tasting for up to 2 people once deposit is received.  Courses available for tasting include:  (2) Soups, (2) Salads, (2) Entrée(s), and Accompaniments.  Additional guests may join tasting at $25.00 per person.

Package Pricing
In addition to these complete wedding packages, we are happy to create custom menus to accommodate any budget, style, and taste.  Package pricing will be adjusted accordingly, please contact the Catering Office for more details.

Deposit
In order to confirm your date, a minimum of a $1,000.00 deposit is required.  This deposit will be applied to your food and beverage total.  Final payment is due by cashiers check five working days prior to your wedding.  Please see contract for cancellation policies.

Miscellaneous
Our catering staff will assist you with all aspects of creating your event, including: selecting florists, centerpieces, entertainment, and photographers.  All items pertaining to your wedding can be brought to the catering office when final payment is due (i.e. place cards in alphabetical order, toasting glasses, favors, etc.)  These items will be placed out to your specifications the day of your wedding.

Cake Cutting Fee
If a cake is brought in from an outside vendor, a cake-cutting fee of $4.00 per person will be charge if the cake needs to be plated for dessert.

Corkage Fee
If wine is brought to the event, a corkage fee of $20.00 per bottle will apply.

Taxes and Service Charges
All food and beverage charges are subject to city taxes and 19% service charge.
